At Topps Tiles we have a generous refund policy of 30 days. If you are looking to make a return on the products you have purchased, it must meet the below criteria.
You can return products which are unused and in their original packaging to us within 30 days of receiving your items, for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded (excluding paid for samples).
All products can be returned within 30 days, with the exception of powdered adhesive and levelling compound which due to the nature of the product needs to be returned within 7 days in a sellable condition.
You must return the products to a Topps Tiles store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment.
Topps Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30-day period.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.
If you have lost your receipt, don't panic. If you are able to supply a bank statement showing the funds leaving your account, this can be taken into store and a refund can still be processed.
We don’t currently offer a home collection service for returns. However, if you do need assistance, your local store may be able to help.
Please note that if the store is able to arrange a collection, a charge will apply.
