Sample Service

How our sample service works

 

1. Choose your samples - You can select up to 3 10cm x 10cm cut sample tiles for free or buy full size tiles as samples, which we’ll deliver at the same time or you can visit your local store.

 

2. Have them delivered - All sample orders are delivered for free within 3-5 working days and your local store will be in touch once your sample has arrived.

 

3. Add grout sticks - Grout can completely change the look of your project. Add up to 3 grout colour samples and see how your chosen colour looks against your tiles.

 

* Please note that not all tiles are available as free cut samples. We’d advise ordering a full size sample of any tile which features distinct variation, e.g. marble, in order to see both the veining and tile colour. Our Luxury Vinyl Tiles are paid cut samples, which mean they are slighter larger than our free 10cm x 10cm cut samples. 

 

We’re sorry, but we’re currently unable to provide samples to non–UK mainland addresses or to addresses within the Highlands of Scotland.
