When you place an order for store delivery or collection, your local store will contact you within the hour to confirm your delivery or collection time.
Some of our most popular items may be available sooner than expected. If everything is in stock, the store may be able to arrange same‑day collection.
If any items need to be ordered in, the store team will let you know during their call. In these cases, it can take up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, and the store will confirm the expected timeframe with you.
City Sprint
Our primary delivery method will be through a third party delivery company called City Sprint.
If you opt for a delivery, the store will ask you for your most suitable date and a rough timeframe.
They will then book your delivery slot with City Sprint.
On the day of delivery the store will normally give you a call to confirm that your order has been collected and is on its way to yourself. Upon arrival the delivery driver will knock at your door, unlike our online orders City Sprint will bring the order to the property boundaries. Once you are happy with the order a signature will be required.
Kerbside Delivery
Due to the weight and size of some order the store maybe unable to use City Sprint to delivery your order. In this case they will arrange for your order to be delivered directly to your address from our central warehouse. If this is the case your order will be delivered by Pallex.
On the day of delivery the store will let you know that your order is on its way. Once at the address, the courier will unload the pallet and put it in a safe location on the kerbside close to the property. Please do note that orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. If you do require assistance with your order, please ensure that someone is available to assist.
A signature will be required when your order arrive, so please make sure that you are available. Orders are delivered Monday through to Friday and are delivered from 8am till 6pm.
Trim orders are delivered by a different courier team and may not always arrive on the same day as your main order. Please do allow an extra few days for these item.
If you live in an area with limited access, please do let the store know when placing your order.
