When looking at the insulation boards, what does the R value mean?

The R value is used to measure the overall thermal resistance of an element. The higher the R-value, the better the insulation.

10mm Warmup insulation boards have an R value of 0.28W/m2K.

20mm boards have an R value of 0.58W/m2K.
